Ordered by the bottle, mixed freely between both products — 12-bottle minimum per order. Sales Tax: all orders are subject to applicable state and local sales tax, itemized on each invoice. Prices subject to change with written notice.

3 Payment Terms

All invoices are due within 30 days of delivery (Net 30). Late payments are subject to the following penalties on the outstanding balance:

Penalty Added	10%	+10%

Accounts unpaid beyond 90 days may be suspended and referred to collections.

4 Delivery

Free Local Delivery: Southern California (local) delivery is currently free of charge. Supplier will reach out to schedule delivery dates with the Retailer. This policy is subject to change; Retailer will be notified in writing of any updates.
Out-of-Region Freight: orders outside of the Southern California region are charged the exact cost of freight — no upcharge.
Retailer is responsible for ensuring staff is available to receive and sign for delivery during the agreed delivery window.
Claims for damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

5 General Terms

Minimum Order: 12 bottles per order, in any combination of The Negroni and The Piña Margarita.
Title and risk of loss transfer to Retailer upon delivery.
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days' written notice. Outstanding invoices remain due upon termination.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which the Supplier resides.
